Oh yeah, I suppose later is now
I have read most of RA Salvatore's books and liked most of them. The earlier ones are better. There is one thing that bugs me is how hard it is to kill any of the companions
Finished the Dragon Wing by Margaret Weis & Tracy Hickman, which I liked even more and will buy the rest of the series soon. |

Weis and Hickman's first three DL novels. I remember being gutted at what happened to Kit, but at the same time it was a good twist to the tale.
War of the Spider Queen 1 and 2. Sadly the four remaining novels became so much padding. Other than Halisstra's "fate" nothing really happened.
The Dragonlance : Crossroads series.
I enjoyed The Maiden of Pain as well. Always been a huge Loviatar fan and it was cool to get another angle of her clergy.. |

My first D&D book was test of the twins, I remember it came in a box of books we bought at an auction when I was a kid. Hunting down the rest of that series when yer like 10, and in the middle of nowhere wasn't easy.
I also truly enjoyed the Cyric books, and yes even the Elminster books. Especially Elminster in Hell. |

Dragonlance novels! All of them! I could read it forever! |
Every Dragonlance novels
I'm currently reading the Defenders of Magic trilogy and it rock
Characters in Dragonlance are so much defined that they really become alive. I once met Margaret Weis and I was wearing the Black robe of Raistlin. She was funny to look at but she seemed a little exhausted over Salvadore...I read it and it seemed like Conan return! I predfer my heroes with flaws... |

Daughter of the Drow by Elaine Cunningham
- It's a fantastic view into the cruel society of drow combined with an interesting story of how a drow makes friends with a rashamen barbarian. |
